So you are looking at changing the way you think and becoming the new genius around. Here are ten ways to get you there faster than ever!

First- Be willing to try new things and have a diverse knowledge in other areas. If you want to not only look smart, but be smart it takes in depth research and analysis. This can come through talking to other geniuses or just by spending the time and cranking out the gears in your brain.

Challenge yourself with worthwhile goals that enhance your senses and help you stay in tune with the things around you. An example of this is playing or listening to good music. Musicians are able to observe things that many people cant.

There are hundreds of tacit things that surround us on a daily bases and if we don't open our senses to them then they will remain obscurities.

To fully comprehend events or what is going on around us we have to substantiate it with our senses. If we can verify it with more than one of our senses than it can be held up as if in a court of law.

Really to work those observation muscles it takes as much discipline as it does for a professional athlete. That being said observation takes working several different muscles for instance, you can't hold out long if you don't build up your curiosity. Another thing to focus on is your attention to details, which is completely separate from curiosity because it is more the ability to pick out the minuet.

Sixth-Do strategic games or puzzles on a daily basis. This will get your brain on the roll and will make learning much more exciting. Sometimes even looking at things as puzzles can help you take them on in a more productive and meaningful way.

Seventh-Travel to new places. There is no better way to get your mind blown then to visit a culture where they have a completely different way of thinking and doing things. This helps create new thinking waves and can inspire you to new intellectual heights.

Other distraction may be the noise we allow in our lives. Whether it is load music to "give us a break" or just loud environments we live in, they can really take away from our ability to analyze and think properly.

The last distraction that many of us face is the temptations and habits that surround us. They often call us louder than anything else in our lives. Whether it is smoking, drinking, or just as simple as getting on facebook, we may be tuning out to the world around us by indulging in it.

By placing emphasis on our observational skills we will gain a new appreciation for what is around us and we will find much more purpose in life. It will prompt us to ask meaningful questions that can really promote change in the world which is really what we should all be doing.
